How to create a citation for online pdf article?

There's an informal report (not research paper) online in pdf format http://docs.apwg.org/reports/apwg\_trends\_report\_q4\_2016.pdf. How do I add this to zotero to get its bibliography. Currently, the zotero connector is adding it as pdf, and then when I do Create bibliography for this item, it shows me error: The items you have selected contain no references. Please select one or more references and try again.

    Right-click -> Retrieve Metadata for PDF. If that doesn't work, right-click -> Create Parent Item and enter the bibliographic info manually. You can cite an attachment directly, because there's no bibliographic info attached.
