Hello - everything has been working fine and then all of a sudden I keep on getting this message when I want to insert a citation - field is undefined. I have tried all of the steps provided in trouble shooting before this suggestion!

Am urgently trying to finish a conference paper due to the organisers in two hours...!!! hope you can help!!!

    You can add the citation manually as a plain text if you are in the time stress. You can use two ways:
    1. Click on the cited document in Zotero by right button and select "Create Bibliography from Item ..."
    2. Select default style in Zotero preference according to requirements of your conference paper and then only drag and drop cited document from Zotero to bibliography in your paper (or with SHIFT for citing it in text)

    Many thanks! all good and paper in on time! Problem was with the review tool and adding citations while this was highlighting additional text. Hoping this doesn't continue to be a problem though... K
