Problem of synchronization

I tried to remove the too long data from
The Journal of Physical Chemistry B, 119 (10) 4155 2015

But I don't see what is wrong here.

    Search for the item with this creator and shorten it. Note that the item may be in the trash or in a group library.
    That's what you need to do, using the name from the error message.
