Upgrade StorageError 162779214
Hello. I have this error: 162779214.
I don't know why but the grey hightlight suddenly disappeared and the bibliography/Zotero references are not underlined. When I try to refresh or to add a new reference using Zotero these message appears:
- Zotero ha tenido un fallo actualizando tu documento. El servidor RPC no está disponible. [setProperty:document.cpp]
(It means that A field code in this document is corrupted). I have followed steps in this link https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#debugging_broken_documents but it does not work. What could I do? I uninstalled and installed again Zotero and the problem continues.
