Problem importing file.

I'm trying to import a PDF to Zotero 5.0 and I get a pop-up saying that it is in an usupported format.

    You've never been able to "import" PDFs. Import is for importing metadata, e.g. from other reference managers. To add a PDF simply drag it to Zotero or use "Store copy of File" from under the Green + icon.

    @adamsmith mmm, maybe you're right and I've just used the import feature to add attachments to existing entries. Sorry guys!

    (no, import doesn't work for attaching items either, you're misremembering this -- for that, you'd use one of the options under the paperclip/attachment icon or in the contect menu)
