Upgrade StorageChicago full note bibliog - same author, not able to put in chronological order

I'm using what i think is the most up to date version of chicago full note, the bibliography lists an author's work in alphabetical rather than chronological order which looks very strange to me. is there a way of fixing this problem? many thanks

adamsmith"In a bibliography (as opposed to a reference list; see 15.18), titles by the same author are normally listed alphabetically." (That's 14.71 in the 17th edition, but was the same in the 16th)
