word pc wont plugin

I used to use zotero plugin just fine but for some reason I click the zotero icon on my word but my library wont show I tried to restart and troubleshoot, never worked.

Do you have the Zotero app installed and open when you are trying to use the Word plugin? What versions of Word, Windows, and Zotero are you using?

bwiernik Thank you very much I was using the old version (firefox), I just installed the zotero app on google chrome working just fine
