Upgrade StorageError Report ID 1791536310
Good morning
I am transferring a large library (close to 9000 files) from Mendeley to Zotero, using Zotero 5.0.17, importing the library from a BibTex file. I submitted the error report, which seemed to say that Zotero ran out of memory and crashed. It happened the first time after 3601 items. The second time it happened after importing a further 3618 items. Most items have PDF attachments. The similarity of the 2 numbers suggest to me that there is some sort of limit that it is hitting. After the first crash I tried to figure out what point in the BibTex file it had got to and started it off from that point. now I will try to do the same thing again, I will hopefully reach the end this time.
I am using Windows 7 on a 64 bit machine.
