my library problems

i moved the zotero storage folder to my data partition.
The program runs fine in administation profile, but reports bugs 1987913123 in user profile, when i try to edit an entry.
I have entered some 60 entries in my library, but on the zotero webpage My Library is empty.
What did i do wrong? How can i fix the problem?

    You don't have write privileges to the files from your user account. You'll need to adjust the permissions using your admin account so that the user account can write to all the files you moved. If you need help with that, I'd recommend a Windows support forum.

    Your online Zotero library is empty because you're using 1.0.9, and only 1.5 supports server synchronization.

    but on the zotero webpage My Library is empty.
    This is populated by using the sync feature of the beta 1.5b2. If you are using the 1.0 stable version or are not using sync, your library is supposed to be empty.
