Inline Citation Style as (Author Year: page)

I am building a custom style for a prominent journal in Serbia.
Their rules for inline citations are, among others that the order and delimiter be ordered like the following
(Ladefoged 1999: 102)

Which part of the csl do I need to alter, macro author or citation.

You might find it easier to use the Visual Editor to adjust the style:

It would also be good to start with a style that is close to correct already. You can search by example here:

the citation of a page is usually added as locator - see https://www.zotero.org/support/ko/word_processor_plugin_usage. Most of styles have it involved already. You can see in the code of some style for example how to do this.

When you will prepare the code of your CSL style, then it is very helpful, if you will upload it at gist.github.com and put here the link. We can discuss the style in detail.

In the meantime I succeeded to alter the MLA version of the style. Difference from the style I needed is in the named quirk and surnames have to be written in small caps. If anyone needs such stylesheet, I am ready to help.
