Upgrade StorageBackground color in 5.0 -- no longer has 'more options'?

I just now upgraded to 5.0, and overall it's a great -- GREAT -- experience, very well done, I'm loving it!
One thing I may miss over time, however, is the ability to "dull" the default brightness of the highlighters in the notes by choosing "more options" in the "Background color" tool for the notes editor. I find the default options generally too bright and hard on the eyes.
Oh -- if "more options" comes back -- which would be great! -- it might also be nice to see the ability to save one's own favorite highlighters, at least a few of them, for those of us who have odd preferences like mine for different colors.
Overall -- again -- thanks, you guys have done amazing work!
