Extract annotations in Sage PDFs

Hi
I have Zotero version 5.09 and Zotfile 5.04.
When working with Sage PDFs, I am unable to extract annotations.
I can extract annotations on all other PDFs.
Can anybody help please?

OK. One recommendation: if you import the items directly from SAGE Journals web page, then it is better to import items from page with html version of article (e.g. http://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/0308518X16654913) not from PDF version article (e.g. http://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/0308518X16654913)
Extraction of metadata from PDF is based on the DOI searching, and DOI translator for SAGE does not recognize annotation.
