I'm using Zotero for a book manuscript with ~250 citations. It has been to the UK to an editor and back, and now the word document will not take any new citations.
The error message says:
"The range cannot be deleted. [setText:field.cpp]'The range cannot be deleted.[setText:field.cpp]' when calling method: [zoteroIntegrationField::setText]"
Needless to say, that is Greek to me.
Is there any hope, or am I going to have to (somehow) delete and reinsert all the footnotes?

bwiernikMy first recommendation would be to try to delete the bibliography at the end (not the citations, just the bibliography) if you have one, then re-insert it. Let us know if that doesn't work, then we can try to figure out which citation in your document is causing the problems.

BodyWisdomThanks. I think I figured it out. I need to save tracked changes and THEN try to renumber/replace the bibliography. Can't do that yet because final changes must be seen by others. But after that, I'll make final adjustments to refs. and then try it. *fingers crossed*
