Upgrade StorageSome Zotero files missing on Mac
Greetings: My new colleague cannot see some of our older Zotero files on his Mac. I can see these files as clear as day on my PC, but they are missing from his folder list. Seems to me this may be due to a syncing error, but he says his Zotero page is syncing properly, and my Zotero page shows no unresolved syncing errors. Any guidance for me? Thank you.

BeccaBraunYes, he can see most of the folders/files on our group but not a few of the oldest items.

BeccaBraunOddly, two of the files he cannot see are interview files (conversation bubble icon).
