File won't sync to my online library
Hello,
I uploaded a file to one computer (computer A) and noticed that I couldn't access the file on my second computer (computer B). I followed the steps at https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing and saw that this file was not available in my online library. I followed the steps to Reset File Sync History in Computer A (disclosure: I also hit Reset Data Sync History in a brief moment of confusion). I then re-synced my Zotero in computer A, but the file is still not uploaded online. Any help would be much appreciated.

If so, as per the page you link to (at the bottom), we'd want a debug ID for the first sync after resetting file sync history.
Where do I find the debug ID?
