File won't sync to my online library

Hello,

I uploaded a file to one computer (computer A) and noticed that I couldn't access the file on my second computer (computer B). I followed the steps at https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing and saw that this file was not available in my online library. I followed the steps to Reset File Sync History in Computer A (disclosure: I also hit Reset Data Sync History in a brief moment of confusion). I then re-synced my Zotero in computer A, but the file is still not uploaded online. Any help would be much appreciated.
