Upgrade StorageSudden bug with Zotero and word

I use Zotero (4.0, with Safari) for my master thesis since 2 years and all have functioned up to now. Two days ago I tried to insert a new citation in my word document but suddenly Zotero bugged and 2 sec after word (version 15.37) bugged too... Since then I cannot write citation in my document anymore, Zotero and Word bug every time I try to insert a new citation and every time I have to quit those programs every time I try. Have someone an answer why this bug?

I pressed the Add/Edit Citation, and now my computer (apple) is thinking (he circle is turning and turning... )
I had to force my computer to shut down, but since I reopened it it's not any better!
