Lost all the Zotero icons in the toolbar

Hi, I had problem with zotero so I reinstall it Z5
The problem is that I lost all the zotero icon into the toolbar

If you have the Zotero Connector installed, there's still a save button in browser toolbar, the same as before.

Problem resolved with firefox but zotero word is out of service
Nothing happens if I click in add or other buttom

Which OS, which Word version? Have you tried re-installing from the Zotero preference's "Cite" tab?

At the beginning nothing happens but now it's Ok
I did many things, I don't know which one works but it's Ok
except when editing my biblio there's an extra of five references appears in all my paper whilst I didn't cited them
I've suppressed zotero re install it but these ref remained
