Using 'Ibid.' in MHRA, but printing author/title once on every page
Hi
I have updated the MHRA with footnotes style to use 'Ibid' for immediately subsequent references to the same book, using a suggestion in another discussion. Code is here: https://pastebin.com/4zWcQGf1
In order to avoid the reader having to go to back a page to see which work 'Ibid' refers to, is there a way to modify the code so that 'Ibid' is only used if refering to a work previously cited on the same page? So that the author/title is printed once on every page before using 'Ibid', even if every citation in the document refers to the same work?
Thanks!

adamsmithsorry, CSL doesn't have pagination information about the document, so no way to do this.
