5.0: Can't use tab to navigate to tag selector box

I can no longer use the tab key to navigate to the tag selector box. From the library pane, pressing tab will move me to the middle pane, rather than the tag selector box. Conversely, pressing shift+tab in the middle pane will move me to the library pane.
I'm not sure how long this has been going on, but I'd guess at least several weeks.
