Upgrade StorageCitations' error 1391176569
Hi again. Two days ago I posted a message about citations' error with an error ID 1391176569. I am trying again to discribe the problem. When I click on the icon 'Add/edit citation' on the word file Iam working on it appears a message "ADDIN Zotero_Temp" in stead of the message {citations} that usally appears. When I choose an item; from the zotero window it opens; then the citation that appears in my word file is not in the normal form but in forms like the follow one;

I noticed that beside the sync icon in Zotero appears a red icon with exclamation. I clicked on it and it gave me a message "conflicts sync..." (I don't remember it exactly). I did what was recommended by choosing what it was in red. Finally it seemed that sync it was ok but I took a message "Zotero items in the collection @inbox have been added/or removed on multiple computers since the last sync. The following items have been added to the collection......"
If you have any idea how to solve this problem please inform me.

What you are seeing in Word is the hidden Field codes where Zotero stores the citation data. These are normal hidden. To hide them, select all of the text and type Alt+F9. If they keep showing up, open your Word preferences and change the settings for displaying field codes:

Your sync conflict has nothing to do with the Word plugin. But, you should try to resolve conflicts right away whenever they appear (the red exclamation point), to avoid having to resolve many conflicts.
