Checking for updates doesn't let you update if update is already downloaded
On a Mac, when checking for updates for the Zotero app (5.0.x), the Software Update pop-up window shows, "Downloading Zotero (100% blue bar) and Applying update..." if an automated update has been downloaded and will be applied. However, the window gives no option to restart and apply the update. It just hangs there with a Hide button to hide the window.
To actually update, one has to quit the application, and restart.

dstillmanThanks — unfortunately we won't be able to fix this until we switch to a new update system, which won't be for a while.

enozkanNot a problem. It is a mild inconvenience. The issue has been around for a while, and I've been waiting until more important bugs in Zotero 5.0 have been squashed to report it anyway.

enozkanAlso, the Software Update window does not appear to be localized (at least parts of it). Just for the record.

dstillmanWe have an issue open for that.
