Links and Html source codes for Images in notes...

Q1.

In notes, links for local files with English names work fine.
For example, when I click a link for O:\zotero_data_attachment\picture_01.png, it shows picture_01.png in separate window.

However, it doesn't work with files with non-English names.
For example, when I click a link for O:\zotero_data_attachment\시험.png, there pops a separate window with error message like following:

File Not Found

The file /o:/zotero_data_attachment/%EC%8B%9C%ED%97%98.png cannot be found. Please check the location and try again.

Could the item have been renamed, removed, or relocated?
Is there a spelling, capitalization, or other typographical error in the address?
Do you have sufficient access permissions to the requested item?

I think Zotero doesn't recognize non-English file names in links.

Is there any way to solve this?

In notes, images on the Web can be showed using html code like img src="http://acpforkr.cafe24.com/picture_01.png" width="137" height="137".

However, images on HDD cannot be showed with html code like img src="O:\zotero_data_attachment\picture_01.png" width="112" height="112".

Is there any way to make local images showed in notes?
