Lost all my library after transition to standalone

I don't know what changes happened, but the library I was keeping in mozilla is lost. I am logging into my account in zotero and the library is empty. Please tell me there is a local file I can use to restore my stuff that were saved in firefox, cause I was not using the standalone at all.

    We're going to improve the handling of this in the next version, but see my comment here for an explanation of what likely happened — Zotero 5.0 used an old version of your Zotero Standalone data directory. Follow the instructions there to point it back at the 'zotero' directory within your Firefox profile directory.
