promed mail

I'm trying to save a posting from Promed Mail to zotero but it seems to be confused. This is the URL: https://www.promedmail.org/post/5237495

Is there any workaround or fix for this?

    Zotero is detecting a DOI on this page (for the article "Fever with thrombocytopenia…") and allows you to add this item to your library.

    If you want to add the posting itself to Zotero, as a web page item:
    – with Firefox: open the drop-down menu (click the arrow next to the save to Z button) and choose Save to Zotero as a web page.
    – with Chrome: right-click (ctrl-click on a Mac) on the save button to see additional options for saving from the current page, e.g. Save to Zotero (web page)
    – with Safari: long-press the Zotero button to see additional options.
