Hi all,

I am fairly new to Zotero, I want to find information as following:

- How many members are limited in a specific group?
- If the web storage of a specific group is out of 300 MB, How can I upgrade? and how much?

    - There is no limit to the number of members to a group.
    - Storage from a group is deducted from the quota of the owner of the group. It doesn't count against any other members' quotas. If the owner owns multiple groups, they all share the same pool of storage space.

    The owner can upgrade their storage quota at https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage

    The maximum cost is $120 per year for unlimited storage. There are other cheaper plans as well.

    If this is a group for a lab or other organization, then I recommend that, rather than have the group be "owned" by a specific member's account, you create a new account for the lab/organization (e.g., "Smith Lab USC") that is technically the owner and for which at least two people know the login information. That way, if someone leaves the lab/organization, you won't have a chance of ending up without access to the group controls.
