Word plugin not working with Zotero 5

    I just updated to Zotero 5 and I'm now not able to insert footnotes using the Zotero plugin on Word 2010 (nothing happens when I click on the insert footnote icon - although it was working yesterday - puzzling!). Should I go back to Zotero 4?

    Were you using Zotero Standalone or Zotero for Firefox previously?

    In any case, no need to downgrade. Start by providing a Report ID from Zotero, and then try reinstalling the Word plugin from the Cite pane of the Zotero preferences with Word closed.
