No plugin in Word

    I having my new MAC with Windows 2016 and I managed to reinstall my Zotero, but I can sacrifice it. Most important I need word plugin. I tried so many things from this webpage. Any sugestions ticks.
    Which browser is better?
    Should I get rid of previous Zatero.
    No add in option on word -- nothing.
    Desperate before it worked fine. With this new MAC, I have my zotero my word but link between them. Senseless for academical work.

    In Finder, press Cmd-Shift-G and navigate to

    /Applications/Zotero.app/Contents/Resources/extensions/zoteroMacWordIntegration@zotero.org/install

    where you can find a copy of the Zotero.dotm file.
    Find your Word startup folder by following the instructions below. You should now have two folders open: the Word startup folder and the “install” folder containing Zotero.dotm.
    Copy the Zotero.dotm file to your Word Startup folder. (Be sure to copy the file rather than moving it.)
    Start (or restart) Microsoft Word to begin using the plugin.
