Stopping people from creating more tags

Can you block people from creating more tags with the same user access
How to I control this?

    No, sorry. There is no automated method for doing that in groups. The best you can do would be to tell your users to either always drag the items to the tags in the tag selector or to always use the autocomplete options when typing a tag.
