Hanging Exporting Items message

    This is my first day with Zotero. One issue after another (now it's the hanging Exporting items message). I do appreciate the effort of making this great piece of software, but until it works flawlessly, I'll return to Mendeley.

    @jz77f Zotero really does generally work quite flawlessly for most users. We are happy to help you resolve any issue you are having. Please start a new thread and describe exactly what the problem you are having is. From the few details you provided, I am guessing that you are trying to export a large number of items? In that case, it like is not "hanging" but is simply taking some time to finish the export. Have you tried letting it run for some time?
