Style Error: [Environmental Health Perspectives]
There appears to be a style error in the bibliographic output for Books and Conference Reports in [Environmental Health Perspectives].
In both cases, the output provides the authors, year, and document title, but does not include the book title, city/state/country of publication and name of publisher
Volume and inclusive page numbers (the number of pages is listed, but just as a number, i.e., 366, rather than 366 pages).

EHP appears like this for me:
Isaacson W. 2011. Steve Jobs. Simon & Schuster, New York, NY.
I tested it here: http://editor.citationstyles.org/searchByName/
I think the "volume and page numbers" bit relates to journal articles and NOT books.
This should be fixed now: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:environmental-health-perspectives
