Upgrade StorageEmptying "Duplicate Items" and "Unfiled Items" Files
I tried to update a Library file by importing a more recent database, but this basically
duplicated the entire Library file. I then deleted the whole file and reimported.
However, I now have the two duplicated files in the "Duplicate Items" and "Unfiled Items"
folders and I do not know how to empty these both. There are way too many duplicates
to even attempt any kind of fix that involves merging.

When you click on Duplicate Items, do you actually see many copies of the same item in that view?
