Upgrade StorageField in Word not observable

I have already had the problem before updating zotero to 5.0.
Normally, when you click into the citation added by zotero in word, it is marked as a field. However, this does not work anymore, and also not for 5.0.
Can anyone help, please?

If so, you can adjust the field shading settings in Word’s settings.

It is weird that it was turned off, as I have never changed my settings in Word.
