SOLVED - Tag search in v5.0.5 not working?

When I search for tags in the latest update, the search function does not work as previously anymore (narrowing down the presented tags that match the search term). Is this a bug or do I need to change some setting?

You mean in the tag selector at the bottom left? Works for me -- could you give an example what's not working?

I start typing and in the past only the tags that matched whatever letters I had typed in the search box would be presented. Now - nothing. Simply ALL tags are being shown. Even hitting enter does not yield any effect. Rebooted Zotero twice, no change.

sorry, I still had 5.0.4 running when I tested. Can confirm this is broken in 5.0.5 (testing on Windows)
