problem in quoting the books/ article

When i do the citation, it copy the link and the date i access the webpage, but not the full citation. How i can cite the full notes in my paper?
Is there anything goes wrong when i copy the link to zotero?

sorry, I don't follow. Could you explain in a bit more detail and with examples of what the citation output is?

Sorry, maybe, i did not explain very well. For example, i save "wisdom literature: a theological history", to my zotero, then i cited it in my footnotes, it should be written as "Leo G. Perdue, Wisdom Literatue: A Theological History (Louisville, John Knox, 2007), 30.
But it shows as below:
“CUHK LibrarySearch - Wisdom Literature,” 5, accessed July 20, 2017, https://julac.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com/primo-explore/fulldisplay?docid=CUHK_IZ21755240540003407&context=L&vid=CUHK&lang=en_US&search_scope=Books&adaptor=Local Search Engine&tab=default_tab&query=any,contains,wisdom literature&sortby=rank.

I mean the footnote shows the link i copy to zotero, but not the normal format.

that's not a citation problem but an import problem -- you do need to check if Zotero is importing items correctly, which it doesn't in this case (the new Primo catalogs are a bit of a challenge for us). You can use the "Send to" --> RIS button at the bottom or use a different library catalog.

The same problem happens when i copy from amazon.
When i right click the Zotero icon (in my google browser), i saw a note: Save to Zotero (Web page with snapshot). Is there anything wrong in importing?

yeah, that's not what it should say. How about when you try importing from here:
http://www.worldcat.org/title/wisdom-literature-a-theological-history/oclc/851310238&referer=brief_results
the icon should be a blue book icon and in should say "Save to Zotero (Open Worldcat)" when you hover your mouse over it.

BTW, I try to import other book in amazon and CUHK, but same problem happens, that means i should choose other site to import books? Or is there some other problem in the process of importing books?

Amazon should typically work -- what's the URL there? -- but yes, CUHK generally won't at this time.
