Incorrect order of bibliography items

Hi! I have an issue with zotero since the references in my paper don´t appear in the right order in the text but also in the bibliography section from the time I aggregated new references in between.
So, to give an example, I have this text:
"For this purpose at first the Grid Codes of Denmark[42], Ireland [43], Germany [136], [45], UK [46], Finland[137], Italy [47], [48], Spain [138] [49] and Norway [50] a....."

So the order of the references of Germany, Finland and Spain don´t make sense with the rest of them. Besides, these are my last 3 references in my bibliography section:

"[135] European Commission, ‘2020 climate & energy package’, Climate Action - European Commission, 23-Nov-2016. [Online]. Available: https://ec.europa.eu/clima/policies/strategies/2020_en. [Accessed: 03-Jul-2017].
[44] TenneT TSO GmbH, ‘Grid Code - High and extra high voltage -’, Nov. 2015.
[137] Fingrid, ‘Specifications for the Operational Performance of Power Generating Facilities VJV2013’.
[138] P. Ibarra et al., ‘Procedure for verification, validation and certification of t he requirements of the PO12.3 on the response of wind farms in the event of voltage dips’, 2012."

I have tried to put the reference number 44 between the numbers 43 and 45 with no success.
And these last 3 references don´t make sense since there are many other references after these. I have tried to edit citations, edit bibliography, refresh option, edit fields and nothing serves. Help!!

Yes, and this solved part of the problem. Thank you. However, there is still an error. I have these references:
"[43] EirGrid, ‘EirGrid Grid Code’, Version 6.0, Jul. 2015.
[44] TenneT TSO GmbH, ‘Grid Code - High and extra high voltage -’, Nov. 2015.
[45] TenneT TSO GmbH, ‘Grid Code - High and extra high voltage -’, Dec. 2012.
[46] TenneT TSO GmbH, ‘Requirements for Offshore Grid Connections in the Grid of TenneT TSO GmbH’, Dec. 2012."

And I want to remove [45] since [44] is the latest version of the document. I edit bibliography, remove this reference and now I get this:

"[43] EirGrid, ‘EirGrid Grid Code’, Version 6.0, Jul. 2015.
[44] TenneT TSO GmbH, ‘Grid Code - High and extra high voltage -’, Nov. 2015.
[46] TenneT TSO GmbH, ‘Requirements for Offshore Grid Connections in the Grid of TenneT TSO GmbH’, Dec. 2012."

So instead of updating the reference order zotero skips [45] and doesn´t change the rest. I have tried to refresh, to update table, to save and revert and still I don´t see the way of solving this issue.

Don’t remove the item from the bibliography. Instead, go find the citation to [45] in your document and replace it with a citation to [44]

I will try but now I get this message by the time I try to edit Bibliography:
A bibliography in this document is corrupted

and with this message zotero doesn´t allow me to access this menu

You can delete the whole bibliography and insert it again (make copy of your document before)

Yes, like LiborA says, just delete the bibliography entirely, then change the citation and re-insert the bibliography.
