Obscure comment - please translate

A triangular caution symbol over my Zotero icon, when I click to open Z it say:
Zotero user data DB version is newer than SQL file

What does this mean? What should I do?

It means you have installed an older version of Zotero after you had already used a newer version (such as by going back to the stable 1.0 from the 1.5 beta). If you inadvertently downgraded, just install the latest version you had last been using. If you intentionally downgraded, you will have to restore your database backup from when you were using the older version or you will have to start with a fresh zotero directory.
