missing items after upgrade to 5.0
Hello,
I upgraded to the most recent version and Zotero began to repopulate my library based on what was synced to the server. Unfortunately, I had been adding items beyond what was synced to the server and, as a result, my library now only contains what was backed up on the servers rather than everything I was working with locally.
I reactivated my storage subscription and continued the sync, but many files are still missing. I believe my local library (larger, with all of my files) has been overwritten by the server's library (smaller, missing files). I've tried restoring my library from a local backup as per these instructions: https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data#restoring_your_zotero_library_from_a_backup - but replacing zotero.sqlite and storage did not restore the missing files.

(There should also be a zotero.sqlite.77.bak (I believe) made in the data directory during the upgrade, though if items were really removed you'd need the old 'storage' directory too.)
