Partial Sync

I had to reinstall Windows 10, and then download Zotero and Firefox. Then I synced with the server. On the server there are over 1300 items, but only 238 will download. I have tried sync/reset/restore from Zotero server but the result is the same. I have read other discussions and seen the comment "sync is all or nothing" but I can't resolve this. I can't see any pattern as to what is being downloaded.

This is Zotero 5 or 4 syncing?

Syncing in 4.0 is indeed all or nothing.

The debug output shows it checking over 1300 local files for changes, so you definitely have more than 238 items locally. What's your total item count, including child items, in My Library and in the trash?

I opened Zotero again and it has now downloaded all the files. No idea why! But thanks for your help.
