Remove single proxy entry

I would like to remove a single automatic proxy redirection. When I go to Zotero preferences, only the general rule is listed in the window, not the individual saved entries.

Specifically, I want to remove 'worldcat.org' from my saved proxy redirections, but keep all the rest (JStor, etc.).

How do I do this?

double-click on the general rule to open a list.
