unable to install word plugin for windows

I use word 2007 for windows. I have downloaded the word plugin but every time I try to install it, an error message appears and the plug in is not installed yet

    Could you submit a Report ID?

    Thank you for your concern but there is no Report ID just a window with a comment that windows was unable to install the plugin and that I should close word et restart the installation. But word is already closed

    this is my last report ID 926130800 after I have tryed to uninstall and upgrade zotero but the word plugin is still not installed for windows
