Error saving to server from Firefox connector

I'm also having lots of problems saving from BiomedCentral. My browser language is English, and I'm using Firefox. Here's an example: https://microbiomejournal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s40168-017-0279-1

What's not working? And which Firefox and Zotero version?

Firefox 54.0.1
I'm using the newest version of the browser connector (just downloaded yesterday).
It tells me to check the Known Translator Issues. No record is created or submitted.
I'm trying to save to the website (so, when Zotero Standalone is closed).

Serving to the server has limits -- how about with Standalone running?

A Debug ID from the connector for trying to save to the server (and to Standalone if that fails too) would also be helpful.
