Upgrade Storagestrange error messages when opening word doc (file conversion)
Hi,
The errors described below started happening randomly a few weeks ago. I'm running Windows 10 with Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus. Neither windows nor office have been newly installed and Zotero worked flawlessly until these errors started popping up.
When I open any word document I get the following error message (I'd post screenshots but it doesn't look like this forums allows me to do that):
1) Word cannot open this document template.
Then I click ok and it opens a dialogue titled:
2) File Conversion - ~$Zotero.dot
Japanese is the selected language but I can choose a different one, it doesn't make a difference.
I click ok, then:
3) The add-in template is not valid.
I click ok to that and my word document opens.
Please, let me know what the problem is - and if I need to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, please provide detailed instructions as I couldn't find any user-friendly instructions anywhere else!
