Change & of a two authors reference mark in a document

Hi everyone,

I am working in my thesis degree and I manage my sources with Zotero. The language in what I am writting is Spanish. I would like to know if anyone knows how can I replace the ampersand (&) by and "y", what it in Spanish means the same and could be more correctly.

My last resource would be to search all & in my text and replace it by "y", it is not difficult but I want to know if there is any possibility to change something in Zotero's settings.
