Once I got the data synchronized to online Zotero. No more sync and no new data is sent.

That is exactly what it says:

What does it mean?

That you have a creator (author, editor, etc.) for one of your items that exceeds the maximum length that Zotero will sync. It looks like it's author parsing that didn't work correctly:
‘see on kõik see Jumala Sõna, mis Pühad Mehed, kes …’
is presumably multiple names.
You need to find & fix that.

I deleted the entries in the program. But still do not allow synchronization and give the same message about the items that are no longer there.

did you empty the Zotero trash after deleting the item(s)?

And you get exactly the same error still? That's not really possible -- there might be multiple items or potentially a copy in a group?
