Upgrade StorageWord Plugin: How can I combine citation footnotes with word footnotes?
Hi,
I am using the "American Journal of Public Health" citation style, which uses endnotes for citations. Is there a way to combine them with the normal word footnotes/endnotes? Right now I basically have to separate lists. Doesn't really make any sense.

adamsmithAJPH doesn't do endnotes. What you're seeing is a numbered bibliography (different from endnotes in that you get the same number when you cite an item a second time), which you can't combine with footnotes, sorry.
