The attached file could not be found.

I have received the following message for some files after I have done the medidata search
"The attached file could not be found.

It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero.

I am not sure why this is happening but it is very concerning and I do not want to lose articles, luckily there are back ups saved for now.
