APA bibliography in Word : how to do the withdrawal

I'd like to know how to make the withdrawal at the second line in the bibliography. APA format 6th edition. I use Word 2011 on a Mac (if it helps).

    The hanging indent m should be done automatically by the Zotero APA style. If you insert a citation and bibliography into a new document, does it not indent the second line of the bibliography entry?
