Upgrade Storageretriving entries/bibliograohies from documents and adding to zotero
quite possibly someone has already suggested that, but since i can't find it....
what if it was possible to retrieve biblio entries from documents (done by zotero or any other such tool) and by right-clicking adding the position to a collection of your choice in zotero library?
in other words... ripping ref entries from documents into zotero (and not only adding ref to docs?). that's adding new functionality to word/ooo integration plugins....

Parsing arbitrary citations has been discussed at length in the forums. It is not trivial & is something that could only benefit from Zotero's server plans. Handling it locally is made more difficult because Firefox can't grok Word DOCs & because there are many ways to cite data. Others have already used cb2bib and other tools to get a pre-formatted reference list into zotero.
