Chrome connector not working

I have updated and downloaded all the new upgrades and the connector is now not saving pages to my Zotero library. I have restarted the computer, shut down the web pages and tried from numerous different pages. I have an assignment I'm trying to work on and it's not working. Please HELP!!!

    We will need a more detailed description of what you are seeing, or expecting to see but not seeing. Including a Report ID might help.

    For a quick fix, try restarting Chrome and resetting translators in Connector Preferences > Advanced

    (also, make sure you're running an up-to-date version of Chrome)
