Group Library Uploading

I am in a private group where only I and one other can see/edit the library. However, she is able to upload articles, whereas I am not. I don't understand why my group library isn't showing up on my Zotero application bar, either. I see my personal library, but not my group library. I can only see the group library if I go to the Zotero website.

Additionally, why is it that I cannot share files from my personal library directly to my group library? This is frustrating.

Any help will be appreciated.

    Are you sure your sync is going through successfully? Only then would you be able to see the group in Zotero locally.

    If so, does it say "Group Libraries" at the bottom left of your Zotero? Have you tried clicking on the small arrow/triangle next to it to show all group libraries?
